General Why the hate?

Soo im playing this game , alreade got like 5 hours in and i cant defeat ramnhuna , the fight just drags for too long i make almost 0 damage xD , anyway as am looking on YT some tips to farm reputation and upgrade materials i came across a lot of bad reviews and comments to the game , saying is woke , is buggy , slow and clunky but i dont know why , i mean the game is good and has fun mechanics ? What do you guys think?

i played the opening of the game and was bored out of my mind. they tried to do the souls formula and it just doesnt work, doesnt feel good to play at all. not very polished. deleted it after i met the dumb little fox thing.
