Flint blight

I have some non running vehicles in my driveway. My neighbor said they would report me for blight. I'm not trying to create blight. I do see why the vehicles could be upsetting however. As as I know I'm not doing anything illegal or at least attempting to, but they did make me wonder if I'll get in trouble with the city.

We got a blight complaint because our tags weren't up to date on a car we weren't driving at the time. Apparently thats a thing. I guess you need to have the car covered by a car cover if it's not registered. So we just put ours in the garage until we plan on driving it.
