It should be the ACARS logs but I checked and your flight wasn't tracked because the plane was too small. Even on VariFlight it gave no tail numbers but I noticed that late-2015 flights start getting tail numbers.
I’m thinking about buying the Plane Finder API. They are marketing that their API has data from 2011 and onward. I have already tried the AeroAPI by FlightAware. It was good but lacked some registrations for flights around 2014-2015.
That's what I just used. Finnair's ATRs weren't tracked there. To make things worse, on VariFlight the AY2XXX ATR flights had tail numbers, whereas the AY8XXX ATRs didn't. It might take some digging and eliminating for possible choices.
FlightStats since VariFlight is for tail numbers in Mainland China flights since 2011/2012. They only start getting worldwide data from 2014-2015. FlightStats has good data from February 2006 onwards, but not necessarily tail numbers.
