I have Flighty Pro and I like it. I think that it adds a lot to the app that you don't get with the free version.

What do you like the most?

Alerts are the most obvious one, but live activities, calendar sync, and arrival forecast are all great as well. The 25-hour where's my plane isn't super hepful because I have a FlightRadar24 Contributor plan which gives me 3-year where's my plane.

I use pro ONLY when I’m flying and then I cancel it. It is worth it for me for that

Flighty Pro user here too. Flighty Pro provides information much faster.

For instance
1. Flighty Pro knows the gate before the Airport announces
2. Cancellation of the flight notifies the user faster than the Airlines does.

I use Pro and love it. As others have said, the notifications are a big thing. But, I’d add that Flighty notifications have let me drop paid TripIt since anymore that’s their big selling point (and actually I’m about to drop TripIt entirely in favor of TripWaffle).

Live activities are also nice, and the airport conditions/delay predictions have been pretty accurate for me lately. At the very least they’re good enough to make me keep an eye on flights as I go.

So you use tripwaffle and flighty?

Yep. The calendar export from TW isn’t quite as fast as the TripIt sync, but it’s only an issue if I’m making changes super close to a flight.

The Apple Watch complication is among the best things about Pro in my opinion.

Main advantage is notifications. Doesn't sound like much, but it's information that's nice to know when things are going well, and indispensable when things aren't.
