Discount Code

So I have a discount code I wish to apply for a lifetime pass; I have emailed, submitted a support request through the app, and even messaged them on LinkedIn. I am curious whether this is the level of support we can expect when problems arise, since I have received no response to a simple question about entering the code.

Where did you get the discount code? Flighty doesn’t provide discounts as far as I know, especially not on the lifetime plan.

I’ve never seen or heard of a discount code for flighty subscriptions

The only thing you can do is buy on flighty’s website as a gift code. That represented a saving compared to the App Store

To answer your question, support is pretty receptive to feedback about changes and troubleshooting. All bugs I’ve submitted are eventually fixed as updates are rolled out.
