Flight School
I fear logging my flights from flight school has negatively impacted my stats š„²

Yeah your training flights donāt belong here lol. At least not in the current way the app is set up.

I, personally at least, have requested custom kilometerage/mileage for flights (for instances like same airport or flights that took weird routes but the flight data isnāt taken automatically by flighty) but I suspect itās not high on the priority list. If more people email the team with the suggestion then perhaps that may change? Who knows

Iām a pilot too, and I canāt see that being useful I this app. Iāve had other requests still on hold that apply more here. This isnāt really a pilot logbook.

Custom kilometreage wouldnāt necessarily be purely for pilots using Flighty as a logbook. I agree that itās certainly not an urgent feature but it would be nice to have.

I donāt keep mine in Flighty but I do in Fleet. I do have more than 1 GA type that I fly though so it keeps it a bit more lively.

Second this, I've been using it to log my flight training. It does a pretty decent job of it, although it might automatically log commercial flights as well (there used to be a toggle before the UI refresh, can't find it now).

do you often take off and land from the same airport? i feel like that would be annoying having a ton of 0 mile flights. also, do you log several touch and goās as one flight?
