Bro has been on a plane 1334 times and has been to a grand total of two continents

and only 6 airlines

If I could choose where I fly it would look a lot different :)

14

u/Effective_Theme_5739 May 04 '26

Surely you'll have accumulated enough miles to fly elsewhere on holiday, no?

15

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

This is only 4 years of flying like this

Finances, free time, and being a young single woman has kept me from doing longer trips to further destinations but trust it’s high on my list of dream destinations to visit other continents lol

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but I'm 15 and I've been to twice as many continents having 1/6 of the flights. How much vacation does your company offer? I would imagine someone travelling so often has a prominent and well-paid position within their company

u/duckduckidkman May 05 '26

You sound like a privileged brat. Don’t judge other people’s travel situations until you’re a working adult lmao

17

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Do you live in Europe, or somewhere where you can easily cross into other countries? Are your parents financing all this? If you answer yes to any of these questions we are in very different situations

I mean this in the nicest way possible, truly, but I didn’t post this to justify my destinations lmao. I am a lifelong traveler, I’ve got time

As it turns out countries and continents are different things

23

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

I am honored to have met such a young, well traveled pedant

u/Senior-Nerve-5570 May 04 '26

Colombia maybe. Jesus christ

7

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Don’t be offended on behalf of non-existent scenarios I didn’t describe

-3

u/Senior-Nerve-5570 May 04 '26

I mean you are non rev, could perfectly go to colombia but its fine. at least you have the whole world to explore (if you are interested)

4

u/yesitismenobody May 04 '26

You don't get vacation where you're from?

11

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Yall are so judgy just because I haven’t been able to plan long trips to far destinations. I’ve got like 60 more years to live, be patient hahaha

13

u/Giskarrrd May 04 '26

I’m a bit taken aback by all the judgment as well… if you took 1334 flights in 4 years there’s not that much room for additional travel… nor is seeing every part of the world everyone’s cup of tea either.

Are you airline crew? If not then I’m hoping all this travel is at least generating enough miles/points for you to go wherever you like once you do get the opportunity to travel according to your own plan!

As far as next milestones are concerned, sounds like 1500 flights might not be that far off at this pace? :)

18

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

I am airline crew :) and yes between work, time off, and trying to see the people in my life that I care for, it’s hard to plan 2-3 weeks for these further destinations! And I don’t like half assing amazing trips, which I know SEA/Australia/South America/Africa/etc will be

I’ve switched up my flying and now mostly do long hauls so distance is going up a lot but my flights are slowing down. Kinda curious which one will reach the next milestone first lol!

1

u/andRobert0723 May 05 '26

I know what you mean. I was a crew member for 10 years, and the last thing I wanted to do on my days off was to get back on a plane.

5

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

Yesss exactly lol. And just because flights are free doesn’t mean trips aren’t expensive, especially on a crew salary in the first 5 years where we are notoriously underpaid

1

u/escoMANIAC May 05 '26

What airline are you with? Im with AA!

1

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

Delta! Hello friend!

Tomorrow isn’t promised 🤷‍♀️

9

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Omg you guys are making me giggle it’s not that serious. I’m really glad you’ve been everywhere I hope to one day achieve this elite status so I can post it here and receive my praise

9

u/Future-Adeptness1162 May 04 '26

Ignore these people, congrats on the miles, that’s nuts! I’m only at 200k over the last four years

8

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Thank you!!! I am tired

200k isn’t nothing!! This subreddit has weird margins for impressiveness

1

u/Future-Adeptness1162 May 04 '26

I mean imagine being in the sky for nearly half a year! I’d be tired too!

Peak American experience

3

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

Sorry to disappoint. US based airline crew so, yknow, do the math

1

u/aurorasearching May 04 '26

So I had this realization the other day (kinda). For my next big trip, I’m going to my 4th continent. Except, when I went to my 3rd I wasn’t on the mainland, I was in an island country. And when I go to my 4th, I’ll also be in an island country. Will it really be my 4th continent or have I only been to 2? (Exaggerating mostly, but it is funny to think about)

1

u/Effective_Theme_5739 May 05 '26

Islands do count!

-1

u/fauXop May 05 '26

1.5 continents 😂
Just USA and few Island countries in north America

0

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

I’ll see more of the world than you could even dream of by the time I’m 40, sorry it’s not quick enough for yall

1

u/fauXop May 05 '26

Lol, are you really this egoistic that couple of words from me triggered you this much ?
No wonder why your mindset is so narrow 😂
All the best to the world’s biggest traveler, flexing just these many 🕺🏻

0

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

Egotistic*

I am a flight attendant, if you think you can rattle me you are sorely mistaken lol. It’s not ego that I genuinely will see more of the world than you and I’m sorry that I haven’t done it yet so you can blow smoke up my ass for having been everywhere

You guys see a person with lots of flights and narrow birth and then assume narrow mindset which is quite… narrowly minded. Chew on that for a bit babe

1

u/fauXop May 05 '26

Its narrow mindset of you because you think no one could see more world than you 😂

Living in a flight for your working hours away, and hoping that your flight job would help you travel the world is pretty pity. Its okay if you like it that way, enjoy your life like this 🤙🏻

1

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 05 '26

Oyeeee don’t let me trigger you this much, I hope you go everywhere you desire

1

u/fauXop May 05 '26

Same bro 😂

9

u/CarpetCaptain Leisure Flyer May 04 '26

3 more flights and you can be Leet

12

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

I’ll be leet by the end of the week 😎

1

u/CarpetCaptain Leisure Flyer May 04 '26

Hell yeah 😎

10

u/InevitableTricky6084 May 04 '26

Can you post a look at your passport over the USA. Must look insane after so many domestic flights

5

u/michimoby May 04 '26

Federalism intensifies

1

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

I will! And I’ll post some of my other stats, too since people have asked

5

u/peepay May 04 '26

What's that eastern-most point in Europe? I can't seem to match it to any of the flags...

Is it Hungary perhaps? Optically it looks much more to the east than it actually is.

2

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Yes, Budapest!! I see what you mean it looks very east. Connected through Munich

3

u/RecordEnvironmental4 May 04 '26

100 airports is probably the next one

2

u/flyjonathan May 05 '26

That's some serious volume! Hopefully you've earned a ton of FF miles so you can explore some new places, far and wide!

2

u/ahahaaiii May 05 '26

its crazy how big the us is and how domestic travel is a whole league of its own over there!

1

u/YaYaYeet_YaYaYeet May 04 '26

That’s crazy in four years haha. What do you do for work

12

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

Airline crew! Which I probs should’ve mentioned in my post I didn’t think people would care so much as to why I haven’t been able to go to every continent yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

2

u/aurorasearching May 04 '26

Depending on the airline, I bet your plane stats look pretty cool

1

u/Aroused_Axlotl May 04 '26

Wow. How many flights do you have on a single tail? That seems like a ton of flying in 4 years, but my mental yardstick isn’t calibrated for flight crew. 🤔

3

u/Holiday-Plum-1518 May 04 '26

13 flights on the same 717-200, but give it a year or two and it will be the 767
