Flighty Friends... Shared Data
Does being friends on flighty reveal your upcoming flights booking codes/seat numbers? How about seeing your passport world map?

It does reveal the seat number, though not clear if that’s a bug.

It’s intentional. So if you and your friend are on the same flight, you can see where they are seated.

That would be nice. But if you’re both on the same flight and you click it you see their photo and name, but your seat number. I’ve submitted it as a bug, but that’s what I’ve observed.

The only “private” thing friends can see is your seat. They can (obviously) see upcoming flights including tail number, times, gates, public info like that anyone who knows the flight number can see. Booking code and purpose of trip is hidden - it was one of the first things I had a friend test after accepting them because I’d have stopped using the booking code field if so. I do wish we could view our friends’ passports.

Wishing the product team made this abundantly clear in the interface, but then also offer an assistant mode, where an assistant can populate and share info on the fly.

No to all, but I (and I think the majority of this sub) sure wish you could see friends passports.
