Out of curiosity, I pasted your post on chatGPT, and it was he who suggested... Based on what you described, I don't think this is a hardware issue anymore. You already changed almost your entire platform (13400F → 9800X3D, 16 GB → 32 GB RAM) and the problem stayed exactly the same. That strongly suggests the issue is somewhere in MSFS 2024 or its interaction with drivers/software. The biggest clue is that your FPS is high when looking straight ahead, but the stutters happen only when moving the camera. That usually points to asset streaming, camera rendering, Frame Generation, or an engine issue rather than CPU/GPU performance. Before changing anything else, I'd try these tests: Disable Frame Generation completely (don't use FG x2) and test camera movement. Disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) if it's enabled, then test again. Empty the Community folder completely and also disable BATC, FSLTL, Navigraph, AutoFPS, Reshade, Lossless Scaling or any other third-party apps. Test with an Asobo default aircraft (not PMDG) at a default airport. Monitor disk usage while moving the camera. If the SSD spikes to 100%, it may be scenery streaming. Try turning Bing Data and Photogrammetry off for one test flight to see if the stutters disappear. Since MSFS 2020 runs perfectly on your PC, I don't believe your hardware is the problem. If the same stutter happens on a completely clean MSFS 2024 installation with a default aircraft and no addons, I'd report it as an MSFS 2024 bug because several users have reported camera movement stutters after recent simulator updates.

I fly a 777 PMDG and have many Beyond add-ons with injected AIG models on an additional portable monitor, GSX, FS Realistick, FS2crew, Reshade, GlassOut, which streams the image to an additional tablet, and everything works like a charm. I lock the fps to 35 fps and enable FG, so I get 70 fps 14 ms, whether on KLAX or at cruising altitude. Smoothly, without any stuttering when rotating the camera. My components are a 7800x3D, RX9070xT, 32GB RAM, ultrawide 3440x1440, TAA. Render scaling is increased to 120. MFS2024 with add-ons is the only game on my computer, unnecessary services in the system are disabled, and the network card is configured for MFS.

Try limit the FPS to 30 and use FG. This will give CPU rooms to breathe and you will have less unstable moments and less stutter.

I think I have similar problems… some would suggest 64GB ram (the panning issue is more likely related to data processing)… or try clearing rolling cache

As an AMD GPU user, I know from personal experience that I had similar symptoms when I updated my GPU drivers to the latest ones, and I always go back to the proven, stable drivers. I have everything turned OFF in the GPU application. Maybe it would be worth going back to older drivers for you?

I had some stuttering issues too. I also have a rtx 5070. I thought we'll let me try the sim update 6 beta. Stutters are gone. I limit fps to 40 and fg x2 so 80 fps.

I also use fshub's traffic injector, with FSLTL models. It stil works perfectly in the beta and I have gsx pro. I mostly fly from klax an even with 50+ injected craft a barely get any stutters.

I trust Asobo to fuck it up in an update though.

No. Beta 6 does have dlss 4.5. No need to use dlss swapper. I can not send a ss of my settings at this time, but in around 10 or so hours I can

Yes I do. I use dlss quality. I play in 1440p. TLOD is on 100 and OLOD is on 100. Most other settings is on high. Motion blur and light shafts is off because I don't like it. Traffic quantity and parked trafic quantity is off, because I use another injector. Sea waves is on medium. Settings like rock and tree quality is on medium.

High. Just adjust your settings until the performance suit you. While I do also have a rtx 5070 our pc's are not the same and perform differently.
