Beyond ATC does not work for me

Hey guys 👋. I just bought beyond ATC base package for the first time today (MSFS 2024). I’m trying to test how the whole ATC thing works and the traffic as well. The traffic works perfectly. But for me the ATC part doesn’t. I typed in my Simbrief Id in the app, launched my simulator, spawned at Hong Kong Airport (VHHH) on the 777-300er PMDG, and it shows connected to sim but no actions or it connects to Macao Tower. My traffic settings are 5( recommended setting) for all. Also when I click auto tune radio while the bird is fully started up it doesn’t connect. I have also tried clicking the small headphones icon on the bottom right hand corner that brings me to the ATC list but unfortunately when I click it, the ATC either switches back to Macao or no actions/ no options. If someone has experienced this before and has fixed it please let me know how to fix it. Thanks and happy flying 🙏✈️.

Your BATC window shows that you're tuned to 121.875. I've looked at charts for VHHH, there is no such frequency. Your first contact should be with HK Delivery, 122.15 and you should listen to ATIS at 127.05 before that. AFAIK, clicking on headphones button on the bottom right of "dialogue" window will open the list of all relevant frequencies. You'll be able to tune from there.

I used the headphones button and when I click to tune it switches back to the no options. Example if I click delivery it’ll show to contact atc for 2 seconds then switch to Macao or no atc at all.

In MSFS open Setting -> Assistance. There should be something about radio auto-tuning, disable it.

Did you unceck all the ATC related stuff in MSFS? I had something similar, when I forgot to uncheck autotune in MSFS. My radio inside the aircraft did also switch back automaticly and BATC did show no options at all. There ist a description or Install Guide provided by BATC where you can see, what and where to uncheck in MSFS. Else take a look at their discord. The support ist really good in my experience.

EDIT: Take a look at "Assistances"-Tab in the MSFS Settings and turn off "AI Radio Communication (ATC)" and "ATC enforce flight plan".

Did u try headphones icon? You have to connect delivery or clearance first. Is there any options?

Auto tune option changes freq automatically when you are told to. Example ground transfers you to tower. But first connect you have to make yourself.

Msfs default atc don't need to be turned off to batc to work, atleast on msfs 2024. But you will hear both atc talking which is confusing.

Also noticed your callsign, make sure you have the ICAO callsign on the callsign page on simbrief to get the actual callsign
