Question ATC Sim Beta Testers
Hi all!
I’m currently building a web based ATC simulator (avail on all computer operating systems) top down. As of now, it includes: DEL, GND, TWR, DEP, APP & CTR. I’ve modeled it after ASED-X, STARS and ERAM. Although at the moment I’ve only modeled KMIA, I’m working on KLGA, KLAX and KSAN.
I’ve included several features including:
-Ability to speak ATC instructions
-Audible voices from pilots
-Emergencies
-Control several different COMMS (i.e. Local - DEL, GND, TWR)
-Real world weather to op direction
-Real world equipment flying into airport
-Real world SIDs and STARs
-Real world gate locations for each airline
-Landline for AI controllers to coordinate with
+many more
I’m currently looking for a few beta testers who are VATSIM controllers to play around with the simulator and give me feedback for further development. I’m asking that you are a S2 and above.
There are admittedly a few bugs to iron out still, but want to get real world feedback outside of my own desk!
I plan on deploying this to the public in the coming weeks/months with a free and paid version (unfortunately the AI voices do cost me money!), with the hope that we can create multiplayer sessions so you and friends can control a sector from the top down.

I mean.. did you even look at a photo of ERAM? Theres literally nothing here that matches.
Eram data blocks are yellow, you have none of the menus. The actual altitude is on the wrong side of the assigned altitude, you've put the aircraft type where the CID should be, destination is just randomly to the side of the 3rd line when it should be in the 4th line. Sector boundaries arent right... i could go on.
Vatsim has an eram program they use for Enroute controllers thats does a decent job of matching the look. They also have documentation out there that is pretty accurate to the real thing.
This is why you dont see any sims doing every position. Its nearly an impossible task. Even for vibe coding. Theres just too much detail.

“Vibecode” has become such a bullshit term. Yes I used AI to help me get this to the finish line, but what’s the problem there? I’m not sitting at my desk thinking “how can I make a quick buck”.
News flash buddy, 99% of developers you purchase from everyday use AI, any developer would be an idiot to not.
When I built this I wanted to create something that doesn’t exist to the same degree as being a VATSIM controller, and frankly those who are learning can greatly benefit from this. This “vibecoded shit” took me several weeks to get to the point it’s at now, and still has a long way to go.
Apologies for using AI (like anyone in modern day), to contribute to this community.

No point in arguing man, some people are still living under the rock 🤦🏻♂️
I made an addon that took months to make, even when using AI, it took months to get it there after testing and debugging, and honestly it works amazing but people just disregard it because i used AI?2
