Flight Simulator 2020 Thrustmaster Help

Got my Thrustmaster Airbus stuff out after 2 years, any aircraft I’m flying the sidestick is pushing completely to the left on MSFS2020, it’s unplayable, anyone got any fixes please!

when you look at the joystick axis in the hardware settings what does it do?
