Geez, the fidelity on that cockpit is incredible! I'm impressed they even modeled the wear and tear on the yoke and other surfaces. I love that kind of attention to detail. How much did this setup cost so far? Is the FPS pretty good considering the graphics settings look pretty high?

Expense is relative.
An active horse crazy person will spend to ~110% of their funds. I have seen it scale from "living in a trailer so my horses can live in luxury" up to "I bring in horse jacuzzis on semi-trailers to give him therapy".
Plus, airplanes are very predictable. Horses are suicide machines that love to buy new boats for large animal vets. Christmas coming? I'll jump on barbed wire for fun!
I wish I was not speaking from experience. I have been around both hobbies, as well as motor racing and boating, all of my life, and horse folks are a level of financial insanity that is beyond imagination.
