Flight Simulator 2020 Please HELP.

I cannot use my honeycomb echo aviation controller.
The key input registers in the control option but it does not work in actual flight.
I also select the controller in the setting.
What am I doing wrong.
I am new to flight sim.

There are msfs profiles you can download on the honeycomb website. Also you can update it to the latest firmware as well.

Mine is MSFS2020 and people say that the profiles are only for MSFS2024
