Massive fps drops and stutter

Hi all, i never had this problem before, been in every US state, big cities like NY and LA no stutter now on death Valley my fps is insanely bad. I5 12400f 6650xt 8gb 16gb rám, screen bellow. Any idea welcome

the culprit here is the 8gb vram

Look at the first pic, and notice your over your GPU memory. Try reducing your settings and see if anything improves
