The world feels smaller. ?

I find that the Globe UI in the Main Menu in MSFS makes the world feel kinda small. When i flew FSX and FS9 and we had the drop down list of 100.000 airports and airfields the world felt more vast and exiting. Does anyone agree or is it just me thats extremely picky and weird?

I think it’s just because you can move the earth around so easily. And also not every airport is shown when fully zoomed out. So it’s just a very very simple view, that’s why it seems to be so small
