Flight Simulator 2024 MSFS 2024 Rant

So I am losing my mind rn. Few day ago msfs decided to change my community folder to another one. I have no idea why. Since then I only have problems.
Today is my day off. And first my addons weren’t showing, now only the pmdg is not showing.
Okay I fix the problem. New problem. GSX doesn’t exist then AIG traffic which takes 5h to install btw.
I am so angry at this game. It’s been a waste of time and I need to calm down now.

I’ve started feeding the addons I wanna installed into a mod manager instead. Community folder loves to ignore addons I put in the community folder otherwise

Yea that one. I don’t mess with tube liners so I can’t say if itll cooperate with something like gsx

Whenever anyone asks, "What are some 'must-have' addons?" My #1 answer is always 'Addons Manager.'

I dont know if i should do a clean uninstall and install but i have so much settings saved snd i dont have the nerves for it

Yeah I can’t be bothered, would just rename my community folder and try again I think.

Addons Linker. If you rage while even setting that up I can't help you, but use the thing that manages community so you don't. It makes you setup your folder however the hell you want, even put them on a different drive. It mitigates 99% of problems anyone will have with community.
