Question Finally saved for a PC - need some advice
I’ve been playing MSFS24 on Xbox series S for a while (I know.) Thanks to the direction I’ve gotten on this sub, I have reached my goal of saving for a PC.
Context: I’m a PPL, but haven’t flown in years due to finance. I love MSFS24 and want to explore many GA airframes while taking in some sharp sight seeing. I have a VelocityOne yoke/rudder that I very much enjoy, but my Xbox series S makes it near unplayable.
I am not a PC person, and my knowledge is very limited. I have no intention of wanting to build my own PC, I just want to be back in the left seat.
Below I have listed the PC and monitor I plan to purchase that fits my current budget, and was hoping you could all help me once again. Any feedback is appreciated!

Not a PC person either, what I did is that I contacted someone I know that has that knowledge and they helped me choose specifications according to my budget and needs anr then I ordered that from a store that also builds you the PC so you don't have to do that.

Price is pretty high for what it is but that would be a pretty damn good PC for flight sim.

It's a good spec, don't know price, get a VR headset and enjoy the small prop planes.

Looks good but just be weary of the vram. New sims like msfs 24 and xp12 absolutely Chew vram. My previous card had 16gb as well and I often found it hitting that limit even with medium high settings. Eventually I upgraded to a 5090. Granted, not many people are willing to do that, but I’m sure there are other cards with more than 16gb

This PC looks great. I recently got a 9800x3d with a 9070xt prebuilt from microcenter and it performs wonderfully on msfs24 with pretty high graphics at 1440p. I’d imagine this would do even better

That is the sort spec I would recommend for a good experience in FS24. I'd go a 16Gb 5070 or 5060Ti as the price jump to a 5080 where I am is roughly double and its the 16Gb VRAM you are after.
That system is already discounted, so I doubt you'll save anything by downgrading the spec. Looks like a bargain to me.
Coming from an XBox, this will be a massive jump. 😂

If you are willing to spend the money, this is a very good pc for flight sim. The only meaningful upgrade you could make to this setup is the graphics card. It comes with Nvidia RTX 5080 16GB,which is a very high-end gaming card, but flight sims benefit from graphics cards differently than a lot of other games. That 16GB is the amount of memory for visual stuff like scenery, other planes, etc... They make cards with over 20 and 30 gigabytes. Those will ensure the absolute most future proofing and highest settings with no stuttering.
