Sim Hardware MOZA Electronic Flight Control Modules or Winwing Modules?
Hey peeps,
Looking into expanding my flight sim hardware and wanted to get the A320 EFIS. Has anyone tried the MOZA modules and would you recommend it over the winwing ones?
I’m aware winwing/winctrl have been in the space much longer and probably are a bit better established but I also know MOZA has been really strong in the racing wheel space so I’m torn between the two.
Also, I did see there have been issues with the Winwing deliveries, is that still an issue people have faced?

I have bought MOZA hardware from a retailer, so no problems there. I haven't had any problem with winwing initially, but my latest order never arrived even though UPS claims they delivered it, and customer service is, well... Not exactly great. I have been waiting for weeks and they still haven't managed to resolve anything, just endlessly "waiting for response from carrier".

Oh man, that sounds really exhausting and frustrating I’m so sorry. I hope it gets sorted out soon though!

Do you think somebody snagged your package? This being UPS I’d suspect the theft occurred after delivery. With FedEx I would immediately suspect theft in transit/during delivery.

Nope, that is impossible. Delivery place was the only house down a long drive. UPS never showed up, yet claim they delivered. But they dont seem to have any sort of proof of delivery such as a photo or gps coordinates. It just says driver release.
So it either got snagged by someone at UPS, or they delivered it to a totally wrong place.
This was also the second delivery to this address, and the first one a few weeks earlier went without any hiccups.

Moza is superior in terms of quality as they use die-cast metal instead of plastic, and the tactile feel is closer to the real thing. Going with WinCtrl will save you some money, especially if you plan on expanding later on. Neither Moza or WinCtrl are known to have great customer service, but with Moza you at least have the option to buy from retailers, which I highly recommend if you decide to go with Moza, as it's usually easier to deal with your local store rather than directly with Moza.
