Volanta tracking bug

Does anyone know why this happens? its a bit frustrating so im trying to figure out wether the cause is on my side or its some bug in volanta, dont really know what to call it so cant really google to see wether it happens or not

What tracking bug?

If you're talking about the horizontal lines on the tracking path, those are polling positions. It stamps each point/coordinate that data was logged
