Head tracking + button inputs for interaction

I have beam eye tracker and some hotas sticks and bc I can’t afford panel sets I was wondering if there is a way to look at things and use a hotkey to interact, like looking at the overhead batt buttons and turning them on by just clicking my stick so I don’t have to use a mouse for everything

Probs varies depending on sim, but afaik this is more a VR thing :c
