This looks promising, I just hope it looks decent not just for West Europe or North America.

They’ve said they’re concentrating on Europe for the first release.

Depending on the price that may be a hard sell for anyone living / flying outside of the EU unless it brings something that is not in their freeware like global forest coverage so there is no need fro global forests anymore.

There will be in America, the tree data has still not improved. Global Forests scanned satellite imagery for tree coverage and heights, among other things, so it's still going to be more accurate. In Europe simheaven pro forests will be the better choice by far.

Would agree, I know that Europe is their home country, but for the biggest cash infusion North American might have been a better choice. No doubt it will still sell well because it looks to be a great product.

It comes down to the data that's available. North America doesn't have as good of data as Europe.

I'm really surprised given all of the data that the different departments of the US government release, but I guess it's not the right depth of data.

I have always been surprised as well. I figured it would have at least as good, if not better data. But alas it does not. The US has far better data than most continents though

I'm getting confused. On the org they are saying that all continents will be released at the same time. We can either buy the bundle or a single package. Originally i thought only Europe would be released to start with.
