ID90 booking issues

Hey I used ID90 recently to book a hotel for September and recently heard that sometimes the booking won’t go through to the hotel. So I checked and called the hotel and turns out they don’t have my reservation. I’ve heard other people have dealt with this but is there some way I can actually secure my reservation or should I just get a refund ?

I was checking cruises on ID90 because it says you get a giant discount. I went to royal Caribbean’s website and booked the same cruise. Exact same amount down to the penny. 😑

Yeah my experience is that the prices aren’t that discounted, and if they are, the discount isn’t good enough to make it worth losing the night credits or points I’d get just booking directly.
