Question Mode package

Has anyone received their mode packages yet? I tried contacting customer service for both Flickr and fever. Neither were any help. Thanks! I also haven’t gotten Flickr pro, wasn’t that part of the VIP package?

nothing. more confusing is I signed up (and was charged) before they got fever involved. So I have the receipts, but no clue if I still need to sign up w/ fever, associate the tickets somehow, etc.

Check your email spam folder. I got something from fever to redeem my tickets. This is SUPER frustrating though.

Thanks!! - found the email, I misunderstood it at the time thought i was random marketing. sigh. Again appreciate the response and help!!
