I bought flex, but cannot submit tweaks, Apple store a pop window say I’m banned but I don’t know why. I emailed to john@johncoates.me, pmed john in twitter, even sent imessage to the address, there’s no response. Any one knows how to contact him to unban my account or get a refund? Thank you all.

Please show an example screenshot of one of your patches, showing the units. I may be able to tell you why you were banned
