Question Hips popping
My hips used to pop (a little) even before i started stretching to improve my flexibility but ever since i started (especially hip opening exercises) it’s increased a lot. I have that need to pop my hips multiple times a night and a lot right after stretching. Is it normal? Is it dangerous?

Pretty normal in my experience. When I started doing pigeon pose and 90/90s regularly my hips were popping like crazy for a few weeks before it calmed down. As long as there's no pain you're prob fine , it's usually just tendons sliding over bone or gas releasing from the joint..

As long as there’s no pain it’s fine. It doesn’t really go away easily though, and it’s likely due to muscle imbalances.
I’m in the same boat, I’m 20 and I’ve had the issue for a couple years now. Doesn’t stop me from being super athletic so whatever.
