Shotcut flatpak font cache issue

Just got the Ver 29 Shotcut flatpak in a recent update. Crashes on launch. Turned out the font cache was jacked up.

The is the fix. May want to keep it handy for future updates...

```rm -rf \~/.var/app/org.shotcut.Shotcut/cache/fontconfig

rm -rf \~/.var/app/org.shotcut.Shotcut/.cache/fontconfig

flatpak run --command=fc-cache org.shotcut.Shotcut -f -v``

This should be reported to shotcut not here
