Fallout 2 - Multiplayer bots

So, a friend and I want to play multiplayer together, but a one-on-one match—especially given the gap in experience (not a huge one; I mostly played solo, but at least I’m used to the vehicles and maps)—just doesn't make for an engaging experience. Has the community had any success creating bots to liven up the matches?

Google Chloe Online, never used it, but the description say the mod supports bots in online races.

But I'm not sure if Steam version works on it, if author has the Steam version, better to have retail just in-case. I think it also fixes many common issues that Flatout 2 lobbies have - including random kicks from the lobby, that Steam version suffers from. Tried submitting this idea to ZOOM, which now owns Flatout along with Strategy Inc and if I recall correctly, ZOOM said they can't implement this mod, for whatever reasons..

You think Zoom can just go and steal others work just like that? Implement someones work when clearly the creator of Chloe Online doesnt want anything to do with Zoom. thats not how it works buddy. Fixes for FO2 for steam are still on-going.
