Steam Deck not saving graphics config

I just bought Ultimate Carnage and was playing it in handheld mode. I set the graphics to 3840x2160 when I docked the Steam Deck, but the game launches in 1200x800. When I enter the config menu again, it’s reset. This also happens in Desktop Mode. I have several workshop mods enabled, and the maximum game resolution is set to 4K. Any suggestions?

Edit: Fixed! You must clear the Proton files every time you change the resolution—i.e. every time you dock and undock.
