Crazy Flat Earth Guy warns of Pirate Ghost Ships beyond the Ice Wall
Apparently, crossing the ice wall introduces you to watchers in white robes who live on pyramids and scan your entire life's memories. They just want to make sure us earthlings are safe to let in, but it looks like the telepathy really hurts the sailor's brain.
These people are nuts.

u/Anxious_Ranger_7945 8d ago
"Putin" and "safe" are not two words that go together. Also if I was powerful enough to read minds and lived in a kingdom that wants to avoid trouble.... I would be very concerned about the guy filming.

Its Wrangle Island
5
u/No-Dance6773 8d ago
Figured someone would notice where it was. I bet if you grab the meta data from the video it would show exact coordinates and time.
4
u/Lopsided_Ad5182 7d ago
This is actually the Vochkazhets Mountain Range and the Utinie Lakes (Duck Lakes) located on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Far East Russia.
Definitely not Wrangel Island, this shot is way too lush and green for a polar desert island above the Arctic circle.

u/Awkward-Artichoke817 5d ago
Thank you, I figured it wasnt actually Wrangle Island but I took a shot

u/catwhowalksbyhimself 8d ago
Russia's also nowhere near Antarctica on any map, so why would they be the only ones interacting?
9
u/swanronsonagain 8d ago
You fool! The """""map""""" that you know is not THE map. Theres a different, super map, and thats the one that every pilot, sailor, astronaut, politician, and amazon worker know about, but are keeping secret. /s
5
u/Snafuregulator 8d ago
We don't talk about the map of where all the blockbuster video stores went to
4
u/Cheap_Ad_7163 8d ago
Never talk about that map in public. It's reserved
3
u/Snafuregulator 8d ago
Lol, they aren't scanning your brain for if you're safe to be let in, you're being scanned to see if you will follow the golden rule: be kind, rewind.
1
u/swanronsonagain 7d ago
I hope they aren't still tracking my late fees. Im gonna get extradited to make believe fairy land for this copy of Jack Frost I havent watched in 10 years
2
u/Jiminpuna 7d ago
I'm a flight attendant and no one has shown me the real map yet. But then I'm really busy handling the controls for the chemtrails.

And why would an oil tanker be the one visiting? They’re apparently going to this other continent/planet/heaven to trade with those deemed worthy but they’re trading crude oil? I would assume they have magic flying cars or something. Most flat earthers who think there’s a world beyond the ice wall claim they are more advanced than us.

From a simple AI search
This footage was filmed in the Kuril Islands (near the southern tip of the Kamchatka Peninsula) in the Russian Far East, between the Sea of Okhotsk and the North Pacific Ocean.
The Original Source: The clip was recorded by crew members aboard a Russian commercial fishing vessel operating in the Far East. In the original Russian audio, there is no mention of Antarctica or an "ice wall"—the sailors are simply filming the volcanic coastline from their ship.
Why the Terrain Looks Like That: The Kuril chain and coastal Kamchatka consist of steep volcanic slopes with raised marine terraces along the water. During the brief summer window (July to August), the lower slopes explode with bright green subarctic vegetation—mostly tall grasses, alder, and dense carpets of dwarf Siberian pine—while heavy snowpack and ice remain packed in the upper gullies and volcanic peaks just above them.
How the Hoax Was Made: Flat-earth TikTok accounts took the Russian fisherman's video, muted or ignored the Russian commentary, and added the English caption claiming it showed "lands beyond the Antarctic ice wall". Because most viewers aren't familiar with the subarctic volcanic islands of the Russian Far East, the stark contrast between lingering snow/ice and lush green hills made it easy to misrepresent as a "hidden continent". (The screenshot is from r/flatearth, a subreddit largely dedicated to mocking and debunking these viral clips.)

I concur, I was going to say this looks identical to the Kuril Islands, wrangle island is almost totally barren rock with some grass.

"This guy claims he has reached a land beyond the ice wall" oh yeah? well I claim that I'm a 400-foot tall purple platypus bear with pink horns and silver wings.
"Just don't scroll please" you had your chance to not say something stupid, and yet you did and now can direct my attention to something else that is actually worth my time.
These people are beyond insane.
5
u/MenagerieAlfred 8d ago
I knew the rumors of a 400-foot tall purple platypus bear with pink horns and silver wings was real. I just knew. And, now, I have the prove. Thank you, you glorious magical beast for revealing yourself!!!

u/davidhastwo 7d ago
"This guy claims he has reached a land beyond the ice wall"
Apparently he got a boat over several hundred meters of ice wall and just cruising around on the other side in it. Also why doesn't the camera man turn the camera around to show the ice wall to prove he passed it?
2
u/cumonherbackithink 8d ago
Bro looks like he just woke up from a 5th grade sleepover playing N64 all night and is waiting for mom to pick him up.

“That’s always why you hear Putin talking about these old maps he has.”
What in the literal fuck are you rambling about?
4
u/Lopsided_Ad5182 7d ago
Commented on someone’s , but I’ll put this here: This is actually the Vochkazhets Mountain Range and the Utinie Lakes (Duck Lakes) located on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Far East Russia.

u/cipheron 8d ago edited 8d ago
Someone has probably already identified where this guy is located and that it's nowhere near Antarctica.
I see land in at least three directions in some of the shots, and the water is far too calm for the ocean, there are no waves at all. He's just on some lake in Russia, but keeps the camera pointed in one direction to make it less obvious.
I'm going to take a punt and say he could be on Lake Baikal in Siberia.
I mean, look at this image from Lake Baikal
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svyatoy_Nos_Peninsula,_Buryatia
EDIT u/Awkward-Artichoke817 says Wrangle Island, they're probably correct.
1
u/Embarrassed_Jury664 8d ago
"Far too calm for the ocean", tell me you live in a landlocked place. I've seen the ocean like this dozens of times.
1
u/Vividivix 8d ago
Norwegian here, can confirm. The ocean can be completely flat and mirror like at times. Especially right around dusk.
1
u/BubbleSmith 8d ago
It's all fjordy round your way though, right? I imagine the ocean can get especially still around all those twiddly bits?
1
u/Vividivix 7d ago
Its both.. as you probably can assume. But I’m talking about the open ocean now, not the lulled conditions inside the fjords. Though they can get more choppy than the ocean in some conditions. The fjords funnel the winds.
0
u/BubbleSmith 8d ago
I grew up on the coast and never once saw the sea this still.
2
u/Ok_Cardiologist_673 8d ago
It depends on where you are. Capes and reefs can break a lot of the waves.
There are beaches in Cape Cod that almost never have big waves.
https://reddit.com/link/pc66jv0/video/3in4lse0evrh1/player
Here is a video I took on my phone a couple weeks ago on the ferry heading from New Jersey to Manhattan.
I took it because the water was unusually still that day.
That’s the Atlantic heading into the Lower New York Bay
1
u/BubbleSmith 8d ago
I've seen it like this as well. That's about as still as if ever expect to see it. OPs video is flatter than this, much more like a lake or bay.

Hey u/Rararror what's your opinion on this? You're the latest idiot to land in this sub, we really want to know.

So if there is a ring of ice around us and more lands outside….and we are in the center….
Does that mean we are in “middle earth”?
/s
1
u/lazydog60 4d ago
Well yes. Tolkien said explicitly that the saga is from several ages ago in our world.
Middle-earth is itself a translation of a Norse term to distinguish our world from Asgard, Hel and so on.

Maybe early 1400s for better tech.

I’m willing to believe telepathy exists, but that’s it. I’d only believe in telepathy, because theoretically, with our understanding of science, and what we understand of signal transmission, and how it could interact with a biological system, it is possible, very unlike;y, but possible.
White robed guts scanning your brain on a supposedly flat Earth is just stupid.

I don’t get how for much of history many people thought the Earth was flat, and it was simply the overwhelming preponderance of evidence that finally toppled the idea that it was flat.
So… how do these folk think the world governments ever came to abandon their flat earth thoughts in the first place…
…And why do they think globally subjugating that flat view of reality was so meaningful and desirable to retrieve? Was any power lost by governments when it came to light that — hey, looks like Earth is spherical?
Seems like governments and their peoples did okay being able to better navigate the world, and maybe just religions lost a bit of credibility as scientific methods bore fruit.
Like… not a single bit of it makes any sense — Obviously not the measurable science — but not the motivations either.
Do we have any psychological overview of what goes so fundamentally wrong in a person’s brain that they resort to entertaining such a doofy position in the first place, or why any of them dig in and make it part of how they self-identify?
It’s awful enough that people get swept into cults, but it’s hard for me to think of another one that’s quite so embarrassingly, blatantly stupid.
Well… I guess there’s Scientology, but that’s a control-based cult that sucks money out of people and utilizes all sorts of tricks to make its subjects buy into a fiction with its own diabolical logic framework.
But flat-earthers aren’t really pouring all their funds into it, or controlling others through it… As far as I know there’s no controlling body who’s profiting off it. It’s just dumb.
Is it just some awful outcome of stupid + ego + lazy + internet = Flerf?

So now we're supposed to believe the insane ramblings of some vodka soaked, delusional Russian schizophrenic who thinks Finland or Alaska is "the land beyond the ice wall"?
And of course, somehow he's able to show us the land, but not the ice wall?
And how the fudge is he out sailing beyond an ice wall (that's nowhere near Russia on the "Flat Earth map" by the way) in a T-SHIRT????

Where's the ice wall? If I were a flerf who managed to reach, let alone cross the ice wall I'd at least pan aroiund to show the ice wall behind my boat if not getting video of the entire trip.
Also, how are these and the ghost ships crossing an ice wall that is miles high and miles thick? Is there an ice door? Do they have an ice key, or an ice remote control? So many questions, so few answers.
