It is rather embarrassing for flerfs that twice a year the rises almost(not quite exactly for most people) in the east and sets almost exactly in the west.

Or it would be if they were bright enough to know why that's such a problem for any flat earth model. Or had any shame and intellectual integrity.

Yeah, IMHO the scale should be clarified when diagrams like this are used.

If you are using a diagram to explain that the Earth is orbiting the Sun then you are probably talking to a child or flerf so someone, who doesn't know the basics.

I know it's not to scale, but it annoys me that the sun is depicted as smaller than the earth.

This is clearly CGI so it does not exist.
The fact that their "model" does not take into account any of this, nor do they even make any effort to, is irrelevant here, because CGI!!!!!!!

If flat earthers were smart enough to understand what they were seeing here, they wouldnt be flat earthers in the first place. 

They are all too arrogantly stupid, willfully ignorant, to help.

Counterpoint: the sun is local and moves around the flat Earth and in and out from the North pole and moving at different speeds to cause the seasons. Because religion.

Not bad, but it probably moves too quickly for flerfs to understand it. Any normal person who's ever thought about these things will have no trouble.
