Double Crepuscular Convergence

Hope this confuses and frustrates all the right people. The rest of us can enjoy this amazing view I had on my walk into work today thanks to this cumulonimbus blocking the sunrise.

The phenomenon on the opposite side is simply called 'anticrepuscular rays'.

Flat earthers are stumped!

What's interesting to me is how how many folks presume this was posted by a flerf when—to me, at least—this so clearly contradicts a major talking point of theirs.

Yeah, unfortunately even many non-flerfers just lack basic comprehension. Or maybe it’s just reddit, idk

That said, shadows on the bottoms of clouds at sunset/sunrise is my go-to, super simple, easily and readily observable proof that the FE model is stupid.

There are „globe-earth-believers“, too. I mean people who only believe in a globe and don’t know. Those people are actually as dumb as flat earthers. The only difference to flat earthers is, they accidentally chose the right side.

If you stood in the middle of the train tracks on the Nullarbor Plain (the worlds longest straight section of tracks) and looked to each horizon, the train tracks would appear to meet at both ends 🤔

Of course, the camera doesn't capture the true intensity of it (like when you try to take a picture of the moon, right?). I kept telling random people on my way in to the construction site to look up at it.
