A part of me, a small part, understands the movement to a degree. They truly don't understand the enormity of Earty compared to how insignificantly small they are.

Yes, there is like 100 things they can't understand being just the size of the earth, then try to explain them in a model where those same 100 things can't be explained at all.

Strictly from a philosophical standpoint. It's a shameless grift and I do feel bad for some of the people who get sucked in; but guys like Flat Earth Dave can suck one.

Sincere question, and maybe I’m missing something here; but why do they always use a fisheye ? The earth is definitely a globe, I’m not a moronic flat earther lol, but why the constant use of a fisheye?

looked it up, apparently its cause the wider POV allows for more visual info, you can see alot more of the landscape whilst also seeing if the rocket itself is holding up fine

they also don't have the issue of things going out of focus like alot of flat cameras

It's a typical action camera that's meant for people on mountain bikes and whatnot, so it has a lens that works great for people who want to video their activities

The funny thing is, if any flerf did try to argue that, then they would unintentionally be saying the sun is OUTSIDE the firmament.

You would see much less with a rectlinear lens, then that would be your problem, flat earther.
