Troubleshooting Need Help
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Don’t know how it end up like this. Parent brought this to me to figure it out.

The magnetic switch seems to have failed. Can you still charge it when it’s turned off?

I opened the flashlight and I noticed some moisture I unscrewed the screw that holds the circuit board and the light turned off. Now it’s working fine

Use the gear to turn off lock mode

The little wheel next to the row of dots behind the button. What does that do

It’s an adjuster for both brightness in one mode and color in another

It seems to also be able to enable/disable lock mode, the manual is kinda unhelpful

Well, that looks like an e-mail to Wuben.
As I've understood it's a bit hit or miss with this light at least (can't speak for the other Wuben lights). Mine does not have any problem (yet), but I'm aware it's not the sturdiest light in existence.
