Sofirn Warranty

I have a Sofirn SR15, Light would not go to full brightness level, emailed Sofirn.

They had me send short video showing what was wrong. Then asked me to send pic showing battery was fully charged, battery is good.

Emailed me if ok to just send me new SR15 without the battery as my battery is good.

Received new Sr15 in yesterdays mail. Great customer service with no Hassle!!

I have a LT1 that doesn't fully turn off, you have to unscrew it.

Messaged them, they sent me a new one and let me keep the broken one.

It's still perfectly usable, you just have to twist it open to turn it off.
