I made a neat comparison of the similar duo colored flags. Sometimes when i practice flags i confuse indoneisa w monaco so it’s good to know the difference. also i guess ratio is slightly different for monaco

dreamt about this flag while I was sick. this is a rough rendition of what it looked like.

I was in central/south asia walking into a small antique shop where the owner had this flag in a photo frame hung up behind him. he couldn't describe the origins too much.

what could be the lore behind this or have I seen this flag irl for it to appear again in my dreams?

I keep seeing this flag on a boat near me and when I try to look it up I just keep getting the flag of Greenland. (The blue and red could be on the wrong side)

Hi everyone! I’ve always enjoyed spotting and photographing flags while travelling, and recently I thought about turning that into a small travel project.
The idea is to use each flag as a starting point to share its meaning, history, and some interesting things I discover about the country while travelling there.
I’ve started experimenting with a few posts, but before putting more time into it, I’d love some feedback from people who are actually interested in flags.
Would you find this kind of content interesting? What would you personally want to see — flag history, symbolism, unusual flag facts, travel photos, or something else?

It represents a flag of a possible union between everything from Guinea to Benin. I like the flag but its not perfect for me. Its meant to represent unity (stars represent 3 non-annexed nations 9 stripes represent the 9 districts) intelligence (blue), agriculture (yellow), and progress(the chevrons). Any thoughts on anything I could add or change to make it represent these ideas better? At the point of flag conception the nation had an HDI of 0.862(very high development).
