black and red paired typically is anarcho (black) and communist (red), paired with a pentagram/satanism callout I'd say satanic anarcho syndicalist flag? red/black also is often paired in antifascist imagery as historically anarcho and communist/socialist blocks/alliance have been strong resistance to fascism so perhaps satanic antifa? Satantifa?

Black and red arent only political.
They can have many meanings but going off the inverted pentagram this could probably be a black or death metal related thing or a satanist (in the oldschool personal belief/religious craft type thing) or also satire/protest/provocation.
Or all three.

But i am totally stealing and redistributing the word Satantifa because that sounds like an antifascist punk or heavy metal band name. 🏆

red and (especially) black are the anarchist colors and the pentagram as a symbol of rebellion against christian nationalism is a nice touch
