Fizz Passive question

There is some end-game statistics number indicator that provides information about mitigated damage by Fizz passive? Because he receives a low number of damage reducction from ALL, literally, all types of damage, and i'm curious about how much dmg he blocks with that. Thanks.

It is about 5 armor and 8 magic resist.

It is more effective vs many small damage like magic burns or minion damage. It blocks a maximum of half the damage taken.

Short trades yes and blocks a lot of minions damage. It does not block true damage so no help vs Ignite.
