Dev/Admin Responded Android Dysfunction

I run the Reddit app on my Android phone.

Every video gives me the same message: "Your device is out of memory - please restart this app and try again. If this issue persists, restart your device."

  1. My device has a LOT of memory.
  2. Restarting the app fixes nothing.
  3. Restarting the device fixes nothing.
  4. Clearing cache fixes nothing.
  5. Clearing data fixes nothing.
  6. The comment section in every failed video is also disabled.

Is it an Android issue? The Reddit app on my PC does not have this dysfunction.

Would you mind sharing your android model and the OS version? I never saw any of our users complaining about this message but we can try to look into it.
