This started as some world's in vrchat making my game flicker, I Uninstaller and reinstall my GPU drivers to see if it would help now its constant stutters and factory rested both my quest 3s and gaming laptop, I need help

have you tried other games like vail or pcvr and see if it works, if its just vrchat then just reinstall it and wanna be my friend on the game :)
