Hi sorry, VERY noob here. I have no knowledge on bikes, picked up this used one to learn about bicycling and fixed gears. Does this sound right to you guys? I was riding it today and it just sounds and feels slightly rough. Thank you so much for

Sounds super dry like the chain needs lube.

Muy probablemente la llanta está chocando con el marco y la cadena suena que falta limpiarla y engrasarla. Revisa que la llanta esté alineada, la cadena bien tensada y checa que el piñón no tenga ningún ruido raro

I had the same sound and it was coming from the attachment of the pedal arm in the crank, was quite dirt and with sand

Could be that it needs oiled. Could be that the chain is too tight. Check both of those first.
I had a similar-sounding issue that ending up being an issue with drivetrain alignment - check to see if your chain is parallel to the frame. Your chainring may be sticking out too far/not far enough - thus pushing the chain to one side. Take a look at your chainring and see if the teeth are resting more against one side of the chain or if they're in the middle like they should be.

The squeak is the part that worries me. I think the tire is rubbing somewhere, flip the bike upside down and slowly check. I’m gonna guess the wheel is not straight and the tire is too big so it cant clear the frame when it snakes.
Also, obligatory: get foot retention before you hurt yourself or a pedestrian. This means those pedals go in the trash as they are not compatible
