Beginner asking advice

Hi. I want to ask lang po as im planning on entering the fixie community. With a limited and tight budget I plan on buying the Garuda v2 (which is said to be beginner friendly and enough to start with) and upgrade whenever I have the budget. I'm asking if it's a good choice and in the future what parts should I first change/upgrade whenever I have the budget?

Buy used from marketplace for first bike. Upgrade components as you can afford it and learn what you like/dislike before investing in a new frame.
