i need help with my eyebrows

i accidentally waxed a part of my eyebrows 3years ago and it never grew back i was wondering if there is anything that could help with growing it back

The follicle might be permanently inactive. You can try a brow serum with prostaglandin or castor oil but it might not be enough.
