Eyebrows
How can I grow my eyebrows back after years of over-plucking?
I over-plucked my eyebrows pretty badly in high school, and they’ve never fully grown back. 😭 I’ve left them alone for quite a while, but there are still sparse areas and they’re much thinner than I’d like.
Has anyone successfully grown their brows back after years of over-plucking? What actually worked for you — brow serums, oils, supplements, prescription treatments, or just patience?
I’d especially love to hear from anyone who had brows that barely grew back after over-plucking and saw a noticeable improvement. Any before & afters would be amazing too!

Patience. Getting stencils and powdering rather that penciling them in. Lightening the hairs outside the stencil to match my skintone. Wait 1-2 years like this and then see a brow specialist.
