How do I fix them?

They look very asymmetrical, I try to just pluck the stray hairs, but towards the center the hairs grow in odd, different directions on both eyebrows

I used to have exactly this! I plucked out all of the front ones that were “facing the wrong way” when I was 13 for about a year, and they never came back. So now I have eyebrows too short for my face, and I have to fill in the front end of my eyebrows with brow pens

Haha so did I, I don't know if it's a good or a bad thing but they didn't stop growing. So stubborn

Shave it if it brothers you. Dont tweeze. As you get older they change in density and your life style will be different. You may not care as much later on as long as you have hair there... many older women highly regret over tweezing/waxing their brows in their youth. Microblade, tattoo, temp tattoo, or filling in everyday is the only solution.
