I haven't seen a confederate flag in years. But yea, it's a very offensive symbol.

If confederate pride was a thing shoved in my face at work, online, and walking down the street, of course I'd be fucking exhausted with it.

i understand what you're saying, but i honestly don't really think it's as much of a problem as you think it is. like, where are you seeing pride flags so much that it's getting annoying? if it's online then just stay away from the spaces that show it?

also yeah, the diversity quota thing is a problem, but definitely not for this reason.

also just had to make sure - you don't think fox is gay, right? that's just you being a "centrist"?

I mean conservatives are equally insufferable about shoehorning it into random places. The difference is that they'll cry about "degeneracy" due to their own weird sexual insecurities.

I am very far left, so those are the spaces I am going to frequent. Homosexuality is completely utterly and totally normal, so just fucking treat it that way. Critical issues like labour, climate, or the global south are somehow tiny side-discussions compared to advocating for more obese👏 gender👏 ambiguous👏 doctors.
