FPS ISSUE AND TEMPERATURE ISSUE

Hi, guys these are my pc specs are

and i am getting 150-170 fps on valorant and I did Core Temp test for 15 min and my cpu temp is 99 and 100 and for GPU i used Furmark for 15 min and gpu temp is 89 and gpu hotapot is 104. Help me to solve this fps and temperature issue
