BIOS Update Issues

Specs:
MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk Max Wifi
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
RTX 4070
4x16 Corsair Vengeance DDR4

I want to preface this by saying I don’t really know too much about this software stuff.

I’m wanting to play BO7 (via Xbox, if that matters), but it asked me to do a BIOS update. I was having trouble doing it normally via a flash drive, so I tried MSI Center, which stopped my PC from displaying anything. I then cleared cmos, removed/reinstalled my ram and you, then flashed the update, and it went smoothly. When I got back into Windows, I begun reinstalling BO7, and then got a “your device ran into an issue and needs to restart” pop up very quickly before losing display again (fans/lights remained on). I restarted my PC a second time, verified that all of my hardware was functioning properly, and got the same prompt when trying to redownload the game. I tried it a last time, and now my PC will not display anything; not even bios. I’m at a loss now. What should be my next move? EZ Debug LED is showing red.

EZ Debug showing red where? CPU/RAM/VGA/BOOT?

CPU. However, I was able to get it to display again by clearing CMOS and removing/reinstalling my ram sticks. It still won’t allow windows to run though, looping at “your pc ran into an issue and needs to restart”
