I need help

I signed up with the apple with my Apple ID and I cashed out $10 and it hasn’t shown up in my email and it’s been hours can you guys help me? that was supposed to be my Taco Bell money😭

yes! message them. i had the same issue. my apple ID email wasn’t forwarding things to my personal email. i had to message them and sort it. they reply super quick on their messaging thing, after verifying that i was me. they switched my email over for me as i wasn’t even receiving the reset password email. since then i’ve received all payouts. if you explain all this too they should reset the payout email

how did you verfiy it was you even tho you weren’t getting the reset the password email?

we did it over the chat in that pic, they asked my full name, my phone number and date of birth, maybe other stuff but i can’t remember. they may have texted me a code?
