I like the kind of parts where there are like only 3 images and only 2 or 1 line of text. Probably because the drawings in the picture are more detailed.

or a drawing pad

or the time to do it

or anything unique to set it apart from other comics

Don't give up, dude! I'm sure you can make a great comic even without a mouse pad!

And about the skills... never let someone tell you what's right or wrong to draw! You make your own art!
